How far from the International Airports (JAX & MCO) is Park EZ FlyPlace located and when should I arrive?
Park EZ Flyis located 1 mile from JAX and MCO, which is a 5 minute shuttle ride to the terminals. We request arrival at Park EZ Fly Place15-20 minutes before you are required to arrive at the airport for your flight. Most airlines suggest you arrive at the airport 2 hours before your scheduled departure time for domestic flights and 3 hours before your scheduled departure time for international flights.

How often do Park EZ FlyPlace shuttles run to/from the Airport? Where will they drop me off?
Park EZ Flyshuttles run on demand to and from the airport terminals! Drive up to our covered canopy where a valet loads your luggage into a waiting shuttle. You will be picked up at your vehicle and driven to the front door of your airport terminal.

What should I do when I arrive back into International Airports from my trip? How do I get back to my car?
When you return from your trip, please collect your luggage first and then call our toll-free number on the ticket and give the operator your claim check number. Go outside to ground transportation and look for the signs for "off airport parking" wait outside on the curb.

We dispatch a shuttle as soon as we receive your call for pick up, so Park EZ FlyPlace's pick-up time is typically 10 - 15 minutes. To expedite the check out process, you can join Park EZ FlyPlace's express club.

The Park EZ FlyPlace parking facility is open and our shuttles run 24 hours a day and 365 days a year to serve our customers.

How safe is Park EZ FlyPlace's facility?
We have staff on duty 24 hours a day with video surveillance cameras and a security gate with monitored access.

How long can I park&leave my vehicle at Park EZ FlyPlace?
You can park&leave your vehicle as long as you wish. However, if you plan to leave your vehicle for longer than 30 days, you will need to make arrangements with us in advance, so we would not need to report as possible stolen or abandoned vehicle to the proper authority.
